It translates to “slowly slowly” …and they mean it.
No one’s in a hurry when they’re in Zanzibar. That’s part of the charm of the island nation.
It’s so laid back that you have no choice but to relax and have a good time.
The beaches are crystal blue waters lapping against fine, white sand. Mostly within earshot of a waiter bearing cocktails. There are also tropical forests and mangroves to explore, and if history is your thing then you’re going to have a field day.
I loved Zanzibar, and I know you will too.
